My husband and I moved to the area and bought a home with Brenda and Skyler’s help. We knew nothing about Washington, but they made sure we got in a good school district and neighborhood. They made every bit of the process stress free. You just know when you’re in good hands. So thankful for them both!

When we first contacted Brenda and Skyler, it was to give us an idea of things we could do to enhance our property. Even though they were preparing to go out of town they made arrangements to meet us the next day. After we agreed to contract with them it was an enjoyable experience. When we had trouble getting contractors to return our calls, they used their contacts to have contractors call us right away and within a short time they were working on our property. Without their help I have no doubt the process of completing upgrades would have taken weeks longer. As for the sale, the process couldn't have gone smoother. Everyone we talked to was so impressed with their listing of our property and the way it was virtually staged. With their expertise and contacts, I would definitely work with them again.

Skyler and Brenda helped me get a home at the end of 2019... I knew nothing about buying a home, and didn't have a lot of money to play with. Their knowledge (and putting me with a great financial group) got me going quickly. Skyler showed me every home that I wanted to see (even a couple that were just completely out of my range LOL). He was patient and always keeping positive with me as I had a short list of 'wants' in a home--that aren't always easy to find. Great folks.. Oh, they also have a gathering sometimes in town with all of their clients (present and past)--taco's and beers.. great way to just chat and to meet others going through the experience (I underestimated it completely). Brenda took care of everything, paperwork wise, so all I did was "sign" LOL.. again, Great folks!!
